Classrooms at Enkare Ngiro School

Classrooms opened April, 2011

Through our partnership with The Nairoshi Foundation, Building Hope Society has raised the necessary funds to expand and equip two classrooms at the Enkare Ngiro public school in the town of Ewaso Ngiro, in Western Kenya. This is a long term project involving the children of Red Deer Lake School in Canada and the children of Enkare Ngiro School.

These two classrooms are being used for the grade 7 & 8 classes.  The results on the students state final exams have risen markedly since the opening of these classrooms. Students have been bolstered by the knowledge that someone else is encouraging them in their studies.
