Teachers' Salaries

Finding funding to pay teachers their monthly salaries is always a challenge.  So often, donors easily see value in investing in capital projects; in infrastructure.  However, without retaining high quality teachers, Building Hope Academy would cease to operate.  
Our EnCOWment fund is one of the initiatives we have for developing a sustainable funding source for teacher salaries.  Until we are able to conceive and establish a reliable funding source (or several sources) we count on generous donations to pay the teachers at BHA.  Currently, to cover salaries of all 8 teachers, 8 assistants and security personel, the total monthly cost is $3100 CAD.
